The Rankings of the Most Innovative CX Cases of the Year will be announced at the CX Innovative Brand Night. CX Innovation Cases of 2021 Rankings is initiated by CDMC Retail Research Institute, a research division of CDMC Group, to recognize the brands with outstanding performance and innovation practices in the field of consumer experience in the past year, to honour the brands that are truly consumer-centric, with both hardcore strength and humanistic care, excellent performance and future potential, to set a new benchmark for industry development, to stimulate industry innovation potential, and to create an exclusive showcase and communication platform for innovators.

RANKING SETTING

Application Procedures:

  • 1. Call for innovative cases. Shortlisted cases are selected by CDMC Retail Research Institute based on operating data, recommendations from Institute experts, and brands' own submissions. If you would like to submit your case, please fill in the application form and send it to the organizing committee or send to cxinnovation@cdmc.org.cn to get the eligibility.
  • 2. Assessment by the Expert Advisory Panel and public voting are conducted simultaneously, and then the overall rating will be given.
  • 3. The rankings will be announced and awards are presented at the Brand Night.

Data Sources:

  • (1) Database of CDMC Retail Research Institute.
  • (2) Public information: public information including but not limited to annual reports, corporate bond prospectuses, external materials, and corporate websites.
  • (3) Corporate interviews: The CDMC Retail Research Institute conducted telephone and offline interviews with executives of retail and consumer brand companies.
  • (4) Submitted application: data provided by companies when submitting the case.
